1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Onza platform and engaging our development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Onza operates as a specialized division under Mysatech.

2. Service Architecture & Deliverables

Onza provides bespoke, scratch-built digital architectures. We do not utilize third-party templates (e.g., WordPress, Wix). Upon payment of the R300 non-refundable setup fee, our engineering team will initiate your build according to your selected tier (Sub-Network or Independent).

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Client platforms operate on a monthly retainer model (R100/m for Sub-Network, R250/m for Independent). Independent Tier domains (.co.za) require an annual renewal fee of R150. Failure to maintain active billing will result in network suspension to preserve server integrity.

4. MySA Marketing Package

All initialized builds successfully processed through our system are granted a complimentary 1-Year MySA Marketing Package. This bonus is entirely contingent on maintaining an active Onza network subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

The core engine, code architecture, and administrative portals remain the proprietary intellectual property of Mysatech and Onza. Clients maintain full ownership of their specific corporate branding, written content, and uploaded media assets.
